Zvertu Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Orders
The ordering process follows: cart → information → delivery → payment → confirmation.
Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
Zvertu Jewels may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, unavailability, payment anomaly, etc.).

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card via Stripe (3-D Secure) and PayPal.
Payment data is processed by these providers only; the website does not store card numbers.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be refunded or informed of a new delivery time, with the option to cancel free of charge.
Delivery
Delivery areas: Belgium and European Union countries only.
Indicative timelines:
- Standard pieces: shipped within 24–48 business hours
(excluding peak periods, pre-orders or exceptional constraints) - Bespoke creations: timeframe communicated in the quotation and confirmed after project validation
Risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Bespoke and personalised creations
Bespoke or personalised jewellery refers to items made at the customer’s request
(e.g. engraving, specific size, alloy or stone choice, special adaptation, made-to-order production, etc.).
Bespoke production begins after:
- acceptance of the quotation, and
- payment of a 20% deposit.
In case of cancellation by the customer after quotation acceptance, the deposit remains non-refundable
(design time, reservation of materials/stones, workshop work).
Bespoke or personalised jewellery is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven defect under statutory warranties.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
1) Standard (non-personalised) products
In accordance with EU law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal, and a further 14 days to return the product.
Essential condition: the jewellery must be returned new, unworn and unused, with no signs of use
(scratches, micro-scratches, odour, impact, alteration or deformation), complete, in its original packaging and with all accessories.
The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, as in a physical store.
If handling exceeds this scope, Zvertu Jewels may:
- apply a reduction in the refund corresponding to depreciation, or
- refuse the return if the item is no longer resellable as new.
2) Personalised / bespoke products (exception)
Personalised or bespoke products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Security tag / seal (anti-abuse)
Some jewellery may be delivered with a tamper-proof security tag.
If the tag is removed, cut or damaged, the jewellery is presumed to have been worn or handled beyond simple try-on.
The return may then be refused or subject to depreciation.
Hygiene exception — Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings (and jewellery intended to be worn on areas requiring hygienic precautions) cannot be returned if their sealed packaging has been opened and/or if the jewellery shows any sign of wear or try-on.
In case of doubt, Zvertu Jewels reserves the right to refuse the return.
Return procedure
Before any return, the customer must contact info@zvertujewels.be to obtain approval and a return number.
The product must be returned:
- with tracking and ideally insurance
- in packaging that adequately protects the jewellery
- complete and in its original packaging
