Yes, by appointment only. Please contact us via the form or WhatsApp and include your request (type of jewellery, size, budget, timeline) as well as your availability.

Yes. We create bespoke pieces based on your idea, a sketch or an inspiration. We validate the design together before production.

We prioritise 18K gold, high-quality diamonds (VS to VVS, colours D to F), and carefully selected precious and semi-precious gemstones.

Depending on the stone and carat weight, a certificate can be provided. Traceability and certification details are specified on the product page when available.

We reply within 24 business hours. During peak periods, it may exceptionally take a little longer, but you will always receive a response.

Standard pieces: shipped within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom-made: production starts after quote approval and payment of a 20% deposit.

Standard pieces: you may request a cancellation/return according to our terms.
Custom-made: after quote approval, the 20% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation/withdrawal.
